VantagePoint S.A. was founded in August 2008 by Ioannis Kokolinakis, who remains its Principal Shareholder and Chief Executive Officer to this day. With over 36 years of experience in the business world (1989–2025), he has guided and implemented business development, reorganisation and consolidation projects both in Greece and abroad.
The company has developed successful operations in Greece and internationally (Romania, Albania, Cyprus, Azerbaijan). It specialises in providing expertise and high-level services in the areas of business organisation, development and financial restructuring (‘restructuring & turnaround’) in all market sectors.
A distinctive feature of VantagePoint S.A. is its hands-on approach: the company's associates are functionally integrated into the client's business, assuming roles of responsibility (CEO, CFO, COO, HR, IT, etc.) and consistently implementing the agreed Action Plan. Thus, it does not simply provide advice, but implements comprehensive projects with measurable results.
The company is mainly active in the areas of Restructuring/Turnaround and Business Auditing, working directly with the management and shareholders of companies and groups.
At the same time, it has significant expertise in supporting Startups, undertaking the establishment and organisation of new business activities.

The Total Quality Management department of VantagePoint S.A. has long-standing and particularly significant experience and expertise in the design, implementation and monitoring of Quality Management Systems, Laboratory Accreditation and Food Safety, in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001, 37001, 17025, 22000, IFS & BRC standards, etc.
