Mr. Kokolinakis has over 36 years of experience in the business world. During his professional career, he served as a senior executive at well-known large companies and was responsible for the planning, organization, creation, and management of these companies, two of which were multi-shareholder companies with 110 and 300 shareholders, respectively.
The latter company employed 1,000 people and had an annual turnover of €120,000,000. He has 15 years of practical experience in the management and restructuring of healthcare units, with tangible results in all the projects he has undertaken.
At VantagePoint S.A., he plays an active role in all the projects undertaken by the company. Mr. Kokolakis studied in the United Kingdom and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics (University of Stirling) and a Master's Degree in Business Administration - MBA (University of Edinburgh).
Ms. Glaveri is a Chemical Engineer, a graduate of the Polytechnic School of Thessaloniki, with notable research activity in the early years of her professional career. For several years, she served as Production Manager at DOMISSIMA S.A., gaining exceptional experience in the field of production, which she put to good use by taking on management positions in consulting firms in the areas of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2000, ISO 22000:2005, IFS, BRC, etc.).
At the same time, due to her many years of active involvement in Business Development on behalf of Private Healthcare Providers, both domestically and abroad, she also took on the Management of the Services Development Sector in the field of Private Healthcare.
Mr. H.T. has many years of experience as Head of Financial Services in large Greek companies, with particular expertise in customized solutions relating to the financial structure of companies, mainly in the accounting and tax fields.
Mr. A.S. is the Legal Advisor of VantagePoint S.A. He and his associates run one of the largest law firms in Greece.
Mr. H.A. worked for seven years as Head of Accounting at 3E (Coca-Cola) and for 12 years as Financial Director at a large well-known food company in Northern Greece, and has specialized knowledge in costing. He studied Economics (BA Economics, College of Wooster, Ohio, U.S.A.) and holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA Miami University Oxford, Ohio, U.S.A.).
Mr. K.V. is a manager of computer environment support services, specializing in biomedical technology. He has 30 years of experience in management and in the creation and implementation of procedures aimed at achieving predetermined goals. He served for 20 years as Technical Director of SIEMENS in Greece, in the field of computer systems and medical solutions and products.
He has participated in the establishment and implementation of specifications for the secure transmission of large volumes of information over unsecure and heterogeneous computer networks at the Ministry of the Presidency, in collaboration with E.K.E.F.E. DEMOKRITOS. He holds a degree in Mathematics from the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of the University of Ioannina and a degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Berlin.
Mr. A.H., with 20 years of diverse experience in the market, is one of the most experienced and respected executives in the field of Business Development. He has served for over 10 consecutive years in senior management positions as an executive and/or member of the Boards of Directors of large companies in the Health, insurance, and banking sectors, with a primary focus on developing new markets and implementing appropriate commercial policies/strategies. He studied (C.B.A. and M.B.A.) in the United States.
Mr. N.M. is a Commercial Director – Sales Director with long-term experience in sales and marketing, having held similar management positions in large companies both abroad (e.g. V.A.G. Stockholm in Sweden, Penny Products in Nigeria, etc.) and Greece (I. Boutaris & Son Winery S.A., Allied Domecq S.A., etc.) in the creation, organization, staffing, and management of commercial departments.
He also has extensive expertise in building and managing brand equity, developing new products in the market, and penetrating new markets and commercial sectors.
Having initially studied Electronic Telecommunications in Sweden, he continued his studies at the Scandinavian Total Institute of Business, where he completed his Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Sheffield (UK).
Mr. D.M. is an engineer, a graduate of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the Polytechnic School of Democritus University of Thrace, specializing in intelligent systems and robotics.
During his 25-year career, he has served as a consultant and/or information systems manager for numerous companies (Success International A.E.B.E., Macedonian News Agency S.A., K. Mesaios A.T.E.B.E., VICKO S.A., etc. ), technical director at a publishing group, database manager for projects of the National Cadastre and the TAP pipeline, etc.
His experience lies mainly in the organisation and support of information systems and communications, business computerisation, and large-scale data management and analysis.
Mr. I.M. has worked as Accounting Manager and Financial Director in large companies (Continent Hellas S.A., Autostar S.A., Hatzigeorgiou S.A., Euromedica S.A.) with many years of experience in their organisation, management and financial operation. In companies such as the Euromedica Group, Mr. I.M. had a particularly successful career as Managing Director and managed the extensive organizational and financial restructuring of the Group.
He holds a degree in Economics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has completed training programs at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in the field of International Accounting Standards.
Mr. K.A. has many years of successful experience in senior and top management positions (General Manager, Operations Manager, F&B Manager, etc.) in large 4* and 5* tourist resorts, both in mainland Greece and on the islands (Crete, Corfu, etc.) and practical experience in Restructuring & Business Development, specializing in Hotel Operations.
He holds a degree in Economics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has completed postgraduate studies in Tourism Management at the University of Westminster in London.
Mr. P.K. holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Macedonia, where he also completed his postgraduate studies (M.B.A.) in Finance.
During his long career, he has served as Director of Finance and Accounting in subsidiaries and parent companies of large groups listed on the Stock Exchange (Elgea SA, Euromedica SA, Vivartia SA, etc.), with relevant experience in all areas of Financial Management, such as accounting organization and supervision, financial analysis, financial planning, and treasury management.
